Delete your data

wofoto has no user account and no server that stores your labels. All labels exist only on your device, so you can delete them yourself at any time.

Delete labels in the app

• Remove a title or tag directly on a photo or video.
• Delete a tag from every item at once in tag management.

Delete everything

Uninstall wofoto. This removes the app’s local database with all labels from your device. Your photos and videos are not affected.

Backup files

Exported JSON or CSV files are stored where you saved them (for example a cloud drive, email or messenger). Delete them there yourself.

Purchase records

If you bought wofoto Pro, RevenueCat keeps a pseudonymous purchase record (customer ID and purchase status) on our behalf. Apple or Google keep their own purchase records under their privacy policies. To request deletion of the RevenueCat record, email support@wofoto.de. Please include the date and type of your purchase so we can find the record. We may have to keep some data to meet statutory retention duties. After deletion, Restore purchases may need to create a new record.
